While driving, the consumer applied the brake, but the pedal went to the floor. The vehicle continue to accelerate with speed. The driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a ditch and a fence. A 2X4 steel pole hit the windshield and hit the driver in the face the driver was unconscious. Both frontal air bags did not deploy.
