When applying the brakes, pedal has to be pushed almost all the way to the floor. Dealer replaced the rotors and relined brake pads. Problem still existed, resulted in accident.

When applying ABS brakes, vehicle felt like it was pulsating & surging. Would jerk at slow speeds. Vibrates very rough. Took to dealer & had rotors turned under warranty. The problem has since returned. Happened also in March 1999.

Driving, started applying brakes; can feel & hear grinding noise; would happen at various speeeds; brake pads grind into rotors, but pads not worn. Took to dealer & had pads replaced & rotors turned; noise still exists. Not under warranty & dealer does not know what causes problem.

On perfect road conditions when driving 55-60 mph and applying the brakes normally there is vibration and the vehicle does not stop in time. This as caused an accident on 3/15/97. Vehicle rotors and brakes were changed 8/3/96. On 1/29/97 brakes were changed and rotors were grinded down. On 3/18/97 rotors were changed again, problem still occurring with brakes.
