The way to solve the problem with the pilot's window is to change the screws that hold the motor with rivets, this way the motor will be securely and no movement will affect it's performance. If the motor on the pilot's window is working , you will have to spend about $10 on the rivets. If your motor is not functionable you will have to spend more money on that, but be sure to use rivets to secure it when replaced. Also if you use screw instead of rivets for sure you will have the same problem, I made this replacement on my 1996 Pontiac Grand Am and it has not given me any problems.

All windows in this car don't roll up or down easily. One finally quit working all together.. Took door apart and found voltage to the motor, window motor didn't work. Bought replacement motors and replaced them. A challenge, but something I could do.
Replaced the motors, cleaned old grease from scissor tracks, re-greased tracks.
