I have had 3 lug stems break off of 3 different wheels in less than 1 year. I have filed 2 problem reports with GM customer service. I don;T feel safe driving this car with this record of lug stems breaking. I think GM should replace my lug stems and bolts with a safe product. Please let me know what I can do.
