Car drives horribly and is falling apart as if it was 15yrs old. Ball bearings, tie rod, caliber(brakes) are all malfunctioning.

While vehicle is in operation it is making a 'screeching' noise. Dealership has examined vehicle, and determined that front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. - however, repairs cannot be made due to parts needed being on backorder. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
