Recurring problem with water getting into passenger side fuse box. We have repaired 4 for the same problem. GM has a tsb letting you know about this problem, due to either a defective water deflector in the door or a passenger side "a" pillar seam problem. Should be a recall as we have already repaired one customer once and they are coming in again for the same problem.

Consumer states: That when they turn off blinker lights that there is a tickng sound inside the dash, as if the blinker were still on. It also does it even when just driving without using the blinker and so as you start vehicle

While driving in inclement weather water leaked into fuse box and ran onto the floor of the vehicle. Consumer took vehicle to dealer for inspection, and mechanic informed consumer that this vehicle was not on recall and warranty expired.

Turn signals will not flash and work intermittently, dealer not contacted yet since problem only shows up every 2-3 weeks. Pressing hazard flasher button seems to help fix the issue.
