Grand Am SE2 3.4

This car has never gotten better than 23 miles per gallon even freeway. My 1994 Camaro Z28 regularly gets better mpg than this Grand Am. We were expecting to save on gas, in city it is better, but on the freeway it just doesn't have enough power to cruise in the low rpms.
