Steering wheel shake occurs when brakes are slightly worn and brakes are hot/ 4-17-2001 at 12.45pm I called larry miller Pontiac in boise for A-17-2001 at 12.45pm I called larry miller Pontiac in boise for an appointment after identifying myself and my problem I was hung up on/ I called Pontiac customer relations to report incident was given a case number C03861319 and advised to take car to another Pontiac dealer for repairs/ 4-24-2001 car was repaired by larry miller Pontiac in caldwell Idaho/ so far the steering shake is gone/ on 4-25-2001 my wife returned to larry miller Pontiac in boise Idaho to obtain a copy of the warranty work done on the front brakes/ she was told that they had erased our service history and that we were not welcome again in their shop.
