Grand Am 4 DR Gas 4 cyl

Every Grand Am I see, has this problem at the fender below the fuel door, it starts as bubbles and then starts rotting and cracking. General Motors should Recall and Correct the problem! Other than this, I have no complaints with my Grand AM, a really good running car.
