I purchased a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am from car corner dealer in roanoke rapids, nc 27870 on or about 10/9/05. I have had the car for 1 month and the ignition system locked up. I was informed by a person the dealer sent to work on the vehicle that he was called to another incident recently it the same problem with a car that was purchased from this dealership. At this time the person stated that it was a recall on the same problem I am experiencing with my vehicle. I contacted Pontiac and they stated that there is no recall on the vehicle problem. I was told by the dealer that he is not going to be full responsible for the repairs of the problem with the ignition system. What rights I have at this point. I am seeking help with this matter.
