I have a 2004 Grand am with 54,000 miles I purchased the car used with 12,000 miles on it and from the first week the transmission has slipped but gives no codes. The dealership cannot find out what the problem is without the computer registering a code for them to look at. I have had the car in three times and same thing they tell me they cant find a problem. I bought the extended warranty but at this point I feel it was a waste because unless they find and fix the problem I will be stuck with a car that has a burned up transmission. I have owned 6 grand am's and never a problem until this one I NEED A RESOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM AND WILL GO TO DETROIT IF I HAVE TO GET IT.
