: the contact stated the driver seat did not lock in place when adjusting the seat or while driving. This occurred intermittently since the vehicle was purchased. The vehicle was examined by a dealer who determined that there was nothing wrong with the design, which could be adjusted manually and mechanically. The vehicle was not included in a recall due to the VIN. The vehicle had not been repaired.
