The vehicle experienced the same problem with windshield wipers as stated in recall # 99 V 348 000, however the vehicle identification number was not included in the recall.

Windshield wipers work intermittently during operation, vehicle has been into dealer shop on three occasions, and problem still reoccurring. Consumer stated during a snow storm the driver side wipers flipped 5 times then the wiper hit the other wiper bending it, consumer stated this is the third time this has happened.
