The tread completely came of the base of the tire while on the interstate. The tire number is P20570R15.

Where the tread and the side wall meet on this tire there was a half inch separation about five inches long. The consumer was able to see the steel belts under the tread. This problem is only evident on the front right tire.

I was West heading on I-4 toward orlando, Florida when my Firestone P215 70R15 fr 680 unraveled. The radial treaded part of the tire S;apped against the car with such an impact it crushed the corner panel.
