I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT and am getting ready to take it to the dealer for the 3rd time since owning it (I purchased it as new vehicle). It seems the heater motor/heater resistor goes bad about every 2 years. I have read many other complaints on this problem on the internet
