Just recently, when turning the steering wheel, every now and then, I notice a whistling sound. Suggestions? Thanks

Update from Mar 6, 2017: The mileage in regard to my complaint is incorrect, the current reading is 35, 601. Thanks! Researching Auto Services Repairs to have the two issues i.e., ignition switch problems and Steering wheel.
