this is number 4 that is getting replaced. Have to order a new unit online, it will be replaced next week. I have already pulled the unit and it is the same that little piece of plastic is broke, causing the cable to come off and twisted around the plastic gear head. GM needs to review the complaints and fix this problem. I am tired of putting out money to fix something that they should have fixed a long time ago. I am sure they knew about it before now.

I have written 2 complaints already and this makes 3.
The last one to brake was the front drivers side. This was a bit more of a problem as all the electronics are on this side and you have to work around them. It was fixed and the same thing happened to it that happened to the other 2, that little piece of plastic that holds the upper cable in place broke, causing the window to drop. I had to slide the window up and taped it until I could get a replacement unit.
After doing the others it was much easier, but still a pain in the ass when some many window regulators brake in such a short time span. I also have a 2002 truck with manual windows and have not had a problem with them.
GM needs to fix this problem. Both my vehicles were bought new so I know nobody has messed with them because I do my own work on them.
