A few months after purchasing my 2004 Grand Prix the back passanger door started making a clicking sound when opened and closed. I took it to the dealership and was informed that there is a plastic piece on the hinge that was broken and needed to be replaced. It is now a year later and the same door is making the same clicking noise. I took it back to the dealer, who advised me that the hinges just needed cleaned (? never heard of that before). I've had the car back for a week and it's making the noise again. Guess who's warranty just expired?
