Rear defogger grids inoperative. Dealer found and repaired minute cracks in heater element on two occasions. New rear window to be installed since problem cannot be repaired

Not all grids in rear defroster working. When defroster is on I get static feedback into the radio. Dealer repaired grids once, but problem contiuned as soon as I picked up the car. Dealer is to replace glass next week.
