Grand Prix SE 3.8L V6

Okay so the car is a 2005 Nice car BAD paint job. It is peeling on the sides and on the trunk. I park the car in the garage most of the time. I know it is not the sun it is Pontiac. Has any one had the same problem? I have 3 older cars and NONE of them have bad paint. What is the deal with this? I am so tempted to call Pontiac and complain not sure what it will do but hey.......
