heater blower will not shut off

I have replaced the following parts

1) Blower resistor (under dash beside blower motor) - didn't fix returned to parts store 2) Blower relay (from fuse box) - didn't fix returned to parts store 3) Dash control module - didn't fix returned to parts store 4) Blower motor - didn't fix returned to part store

I read that it could be the ignition switch. Right now I have to keep the RH under panel removed so that I can physically unplug the blower fan.

Update from Jun 14, 2013: The problem was in the fan resistor. I bought a $40 one from Parts source and installed it myself in ten minutes. The fan STILL would not shut off. Even with the key removed from the ignition. I gave up and went to the Dealer who charged me almost $400 to put in a fan resistor. The part from Part Source was faulty.
