I bought this car used. I was not super educated at the time on how to check the under body of a car. I knew a lot more than other girls. So I checked the basics of the engine, steering, breaking and body. I even felt the rockers underneath but did not shoved my head under which i did with my new car. This car was in mint condition for the year. The full leather interior was perfect inside! The car was clearly cared for... but I got it on a lift and the entire back end was rotting out!!

Right in front of the wheel wells the rockers were toasted. The rust went right into the floor of the car. The back axle was all rusted - I was scared to drive it. From my research after learning more this is the biggest issue with this car. All the used ones you can find are rotting out underneath! Bad body design the w frame was s***! I get why they stopped making this car now. It's fast and amazing but the motor will outlast the body.
