This is the second time I had the intake manifold gasket replaced. GM repair cost is sky high, I had it done by my mechanic. Spending money and the time to bring to the shop and wait is a real pain in the ass. I regret buying this car. Now I'm afraid that the head gasket might blow anytime, I could sense the signs that others tell in their complaint. The engine light keeps on lighting. GM should help.

Bought the van in April of 2008 and by September it was parked until we got it fixed in February of 2009. It kept getting hot all the time but only when you would stop or put it in park and let it run. As long as you kept the gas pedtal pushed down so it would run at 1500 rpms the temp would go back down. If you where stopped and the temp would climb NO HEAT. I am just a little PO my first van and it is a piece of crap. Not only have we put way to much money in to the stupid thing we just put a different motor in to it and it cost way more then it should have cause it has California emmision couldn't find a motor for it around here. Now the one we put in is doing the something like I can afford to buy motors for the shitting thing every year their $4000 so disappointed in this stupid van think I'll go back to the Dodge Interpid at least they don't have the problems these do only wish I could afford a different one
