Passenger side electronic door is not shutting properly. Door was shut with child safety looks in place however, when I was driving down the road the door just popped open without any warning. No bells, no messages, nothing...until the door was already half way open. My children sit in this vehicle, and thank god for safety belts or someone could have gotten killed. Now the door closes when it wants and the system will think it is latched when it isn't, and the door will open while driving. Major safety issue.

Hi, we reside in Canada, therefore the mileage is registered in kms. The vehicle now has 78,000 kms on it. The ABS system has been failing, the light originally came on about a week ago. When I first turned the vehicle off the first time the light went off. Now it is on all the time. I believe that the under laying problem with the ebcm module and/or wheel sensors. I have serviced the vehicle regularly and over the christmas holidays we traveled several hundred miles from Canada into the usa I've read several horror stories and it seems to be a persisting problem with the whole vehicle line up. Relay, uplander, SV6...

The contact owns a 2006 Pontiac Montana SV6. When the vehicle is stopped and idling, the battery voltage begins to decrease. The vehicle has been diagnosed by the dealer several times; however, the failure continues. Also, when the contact places the vehicle into drive, the RPM's increase, but the vehicle does not accelerate. The vehicle was diagnosed for the failure, but it still persists when the contact attempts to drive. In addition, the driver side door on the vehicle does not properly shut and leaves a one inch gap between the door and the body of the vehicle. The engine will also attempt to turn for 30 seconds, but will not turn over completely. All of the failures occur intermittently and were serviced by the dealer while the vehicle was still under warranty. The current mileage was 38,000 and failure mileage was 20,000.
