The vehicle experienced a problem with the rack and pinion as stated in a previous recall, however the year of consumer's vehicle was not included. Please refer to recall #02V286000. The manufacturer did not include this vehicle. The steering had gone out as the consumer was driving and made it impossible for the consumer to steer.
