The contact owns a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. The contact crashed into a vehicle which tore off his front bumper. He took the vehicle to a repair shop and was told that they do not have a bumper to repair his vehicle. The dealer and the GM manufacturer were notified and stated that the they are not sure when the parts will be available. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 7,800.
