Porsche Case My Porsche Chassell No. WP1ZZZ9PZALA62485 Engine No. Ga10616

Problem: Date: 2012-02-14 When my wife driving the car, It is automatically stopped (Engine stopped). It is really danger. And there is nothing show the car is in a problem. 1. There is no emergency flashing lights automatically on when it stopped suddenly. 2. There is no engine problem light on to show there is engine problem. 3. The wheel locked and move to a uncontrollable direction.

We send car to Porsche service center in Sheik Zyed road.

Date:2012-02-15 We received a call from service center, and we were informed that the car will be ready on 16th.

Date:2012-02-16 No call received

Date:2012-02-18 We call to check, we were informed that we should wait 2 more days. And confirmed to us that Engine sensor has problem. We realized that the case is very serious, so we call agent abu dhabi, where we bought the car. And they told me related to such a case should contact with Porsche middle east. And we got the contact no. from them. We make a call, there is no answer.

Date:2012-02-20 No call from service center, so we make call again. And we were informed that we should waiting for 7 days more for there is no spare parts. We call Porsche middle east. No answer, Then make call again , almost 2 o’clock. Got an answer that one of customer manager will contact us. Nothing call back on the day.

Date:2012-02-21 Call again, no answer. Call , answered, leave my numbers and waiting for calling back. Nothing call back, till afternoon, we make one more call. And no answer.

Date: 2012-02-22 Morning: make a call, And was informed to be receiving a call within 2 hour, and nothing happened. Make another call , and as same answer.

After 2 hours we call again. And got an answer that they will check with service center then let us know how to solve the problem.

Date:2012-02-23 Waiting for the call, make call , waiting call, and no answer from calling from 16:00

Date:2012-02-26 Make a call, we were informed that Porsche middle east will get a report and analyze it and give us answer. Also call Porsche service center asking a report send to my email.

Nothing happens.

Date:2012-02-27 Make a call, we were informed that we will received a call in 30 munites. After 1 and half hour, received a call.

The funny thing is following: Porsche: we inform u that your car is ready today and to collect the car. Me: how to solve the case and problem of car. Porsche: what we can do is inform u that car is ready. Me: the problem of car is main and dangerous to life. Porsche: all the car have some problem, we could not give you the promise about quality. Me: we could not drive a car like this. Porsche: if you want to sell , you could sell. But from my side, just inform u that car has been repaired to factory condition. Me: I am not talking about the repairing, I am talking about the problem. What is solution. Porsche: we only inform you that the car is repaired and inform you to collect the car. Me: is that the Porsche service and quality? It is so dangerous ,we ask to return car, for our safety reason. Porsche: we not give u any promise about this. Only inform u that car is ready, and to collect the car. Me: please send me report and your solution, Porsche: ok , we will send u the report of car and solution.

Then we give the email. And nothing has been received from Porsche.

During the whole case, there is no call from Porsche as costumer care, and there is no car send to us for temporary use, there is no answer could meet our demand.
