I just needed some logic justification on how could
the Brake Discs have a premature wear in such a low mileage (34,500)
considering the fact that the Brake pads still had 30% in them (according
to what the Service Advisor has revealed) and that we have already replaced
the Brakes earlier at 14000KM.
I only needed a technical answer but the SA was not able to answer, so he
transferred me to the Service Manager's assistant who also was not
technical and had to pass me to one of his technicians who stated "I can't
explain the reason why it has a premature ware I'm not the one who is
driving the car!!!) I then had to contact the Service Manager who never
answered my calls for three days in row. I then tried to reach the showroom
and asked for some responsible manager but the secretary revealed that no
one was available, she even had no contacts of any of them.
