ignition lock errors twice and check engine light on ignition lock errors twice and check engine light on

We custom order 2021 Porsche Cayenne Hybrid, Porsche Irvine made a mistake to sell me 2020. (I was in a hurry just took it, and they never said sorry. What a dealer!!)

After 2 week, ignition lock error shown on dash board, twice, another 2 week, check engine light on. I took it to the dealer check up, they was not able to find out why. The conclusion is Porsche Irvine don't have hybrid tech guy that knows how to fix this. And I don't think they ever check Germany factory tech guy try to know why.

Overall, the Porsche driving experience is excellent, compare to my BMW/Lexus/Volvo cars I've owned before, but don't think Porsche is a reliable car to own longer period. Plan to sell it after warranty expire and get Japanese car (I have never had issue with my Lexus/BMW/Volvos).

Lastly, it is the logo worth $100K, not the car. if you have lots of money no where to spend? Do it ok, or save for others more worthwhile, my first & last Porsche.

Update from Oct 8, 2021: after dealer change the remote battery, the issue fixed.
