It’s my understanding that Audi has the same engine and same problems, however the have elected to extended the warranty to cover the cost of the new engines. This is a known problem that V W, Audi and Porsche know about it’s called piston slap that causes bore damage and also rocker arm damage as well . The only fix is engine replacement.
