I purchased my 2020 Porsche Macan December 31 2019. I drove through an snow storm April 2nd in Wyoming and broke the Crossmember pins. It seems there might be a flaw in the belly pan cover. Their is a lip on the belly pan cover that dragged the entire time I was driving thru Wyoming at 35 miles per hour. The weight and force from the snow ruts pulled the pins hard enough to brake them. The Estimate I am receiving from my local Porsche Dealer states replace Crossmember pins for $746.00. I see the pins listed for $16.50. Any information you can provide as well as what step I should take would be appreciated.
