The contact owns a 2012 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the adhesive from both exterior mirrors were degrading, which would eventually result in both rear view mirrors being detached. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure the failure mileage was approximately 6,000. Updated 03/07/17
