The contact owns a 2012 Ram 1500. While driving approximately 10 mph, the brakes were applied but failed. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was unknown. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000.
