Get a flat at 2:00am 2 miles from house. Do a u-turn and tire is completely flat by the time I get home. Removed all lug nuts with tire on ground , jacked up and tires was froze on the shaft!!!!!!!!!!!. Rolled car back and forth in garage and would not come off. Kicked and pushed truck sideways and still no luck. Being winter with snow and water on the floor, could not get under truck to beat with a sledge hammer.

This was one enraging incident. Paid a lot of money for a vehicle but can't change a tire!. You are given a jack and a Lug wrench......why?.... does not take the tire off. False advertising if you ask me. Like giving me a roofing hammer with no nails..... what good is the hammer?... What good is the jack and lug wrench? WTF!!!!? Again.... happened at 2:00am. Had to wake my wife up to take me to work. I don't see them fixing the problem.... Why does it occur now?..... Never had a vehicle where that happened in my entire life!!!

Get a class action suit going..... Pay me the amount that it will cost me to have the truck towed in and labor charges to get the tire Off!!!!!!!
