Bought this truck brand new with 14 miles on it. Have owned it for almost 90 days and this is the 3rd time in the shop for the ignition. The dealership I purchased this from has been working with Dodge to try and resolve this issue ( they have had it going on a week and half this time) and the only resolution Chrysler corporate can say is re-educate my wife on how to put the key in straight. The technician went on their lot and duplicated the issue in 2 other brand new trucks but Dodge/Chrysler will not take responsibility. The issues are when the key is pulled out of the ignition, the dash still says the key is in it. This causes the radio not to turn off, unable to lock the doors, sometimes the lights on the dash will stay on, and once had to call a wrecker to pick the truck up and take to the dealership as it would not start and left my wife stranded. The dealership technician has identified that at an angle, the tumbler inside the ignition gets lodged causing this. It may not happen every time, but you never know when it will happen.
So right now I am out of a truck and my car that I traded in that had equity. I would not suggest purchasing a Dodge as it is evident they do not stand behind their product.
