1500 Big Horn 5.7L Hemi

Having problem with my 13' Ram 1500 Big Horn edition 4x4 4 door crew cab 5.7l truck. I have real problem with power distribution block under the hood affecting my fan relay to heat and ac. Anyone else having these problems??
