I bought this Ram because it had low mileage, a clean vehicle history and a one owner trade through the same dealer. My truck started in -13 degree temps one night but wouldn't start in similar, but slightly warmer temps the next day. After checking the obvious, and disconnecting the battery in the hope that any possible codes would be cleared, the truck still would turn but not fire up, so I had it towed to a nearby garage with a good reputation.
They checked for codes (there weren't any), checked the fuel pump for connection and power (both were fine), and brought the truck indoors & charged the battery. It started without having any repairs made. Two weeks later, with the truck sitting outside overnight in 30 degree weather, the damn truck wouldn't start again. I am getting pissed at seeing a 5,000 pound statue in my driveway that I can't trust to drive in the coldest state in the lower 48.
