The first issue of several I discovered. The housing behind the steering wheel was cracked. I hadn't noticed it because I always listen to music when driving. I had the radio off and could hear the steering wheel rubbing the housing behind the wheel. The dealer insisted I bring the vehicle in, which I did. Then I was told I would need to leave it there so that they could determine what was wrong.........Uh clearly the housing was cracked. After some back and forth I convinced them to allow me to send them photos since I need my vehicle for work. Dealer agreed and ordered the part which took about a little over a week to get. Had to leave my truck at the dealer the entire day to have this simple problem fixed. I had just purchased this truck a week prior as well.
