Had a Line X bed liner put in within the 2nd week of purchase. The bed on the right side seems to be separating. I can see the asphalt below my truck. My previous truck had same line x liner. This is the first truck with line x that you can see a gap to the street with a thick spray in bed liner.

Late last year I noticed that the bed liner was separating along a seam in the left, front section. Upon closer inspection, I could see the ground through the gap. When I looked up and underneath the wheel well, I noticed about a 1/4 inch wide, 10 inch long gap in the bed panels (left side only). At first the dealership said that this was normal, but when I complained a second time and showed them pictures, I finally got the manager's attention. After his mechanics inspected a few brand new vehicles on the lot, he told me that some new trucks had the same issue and that it was a possibly a manufacturing defect and definitely wasn't normal (I'm wondering if some dealerships are deliberately covering it up with the spray in Bedliner). Anyway, he sent me to an auto body shop to get an estimate and was able to get approval from Chrysler for the repair. The repair shop is going to use some type of composite to seal the gap rather than replacing the bed or individual panels so I hope it's a permanent fix.
