1500 Longhorn 3.0L V6 Diesel

  • Automatic transmission
  • 6,000 miles

Water leaked into 3rd stoplight and ran down back of cab, shorting and blowing the brake light bulb. Dealer had to replace and reseal third brake light and bulb and dry inside of cab.

Update from Aug 17, 2019: Countless flaws & problems continued & FCA had to buy truck back.

I purchase the truck new in the fall of 2013. All was good until a mild winter day when I noticed that there was water coming in from the grab handles. I brought it to the dealer where I purchased it and they told me it was the brake light on the roof, so they changed it. There was no more water coming in until the next spring and it started again. This time it was coming in from the grab handles and the sun visors. I brought it back to the dealer and they told me it was coming in from the XM-radio antenna which was back in March 2015 and still the problem is not fixed. Now I'm starting to get real pissed off because now all my interior is starting to get stained, so if anyone else is having this problem please tell me if there is a fix. Thanks!
