The contact stated while driving at various speeds and depressing the brake pedal, the front wheels on the vehicle locked up, causing the vehicle to slide while slowing down or coming to a complete stop. The contact stated that the ABS, Parking Brake, and Traction Control warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the ABS Module was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 110,000.
