The contact owns a 2014 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the emergency brake failed to function properly when the vehicle was parked on a hill or incline. The contact had to apply force to engage the emergency brake without knowing if the vehicle would roll away. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer was not notified. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was not available.
