Oil cooler failed, contaminated cooling system with oil after replacement of a previous oil cooler. Coolant did not contaminate oil system, strangely enough. Local dealership technician relayed that Chrysler had retained many oil coolers that were bound to fail to keep inventory - This means the only viable solution to fixing this problem is to go aftermarket. If you are facing this issue in 2022 or later in the future, parts may be difficult to source, but an aftermarket oil cooling system can be cobbled together with 1/2" oil cooler radiators and oil thermostats from Amazon, as well as an adapter plate from somewhere such as No Eco, D and J Diesel, or HSM Motorsports. This has solved the issue thus far.

Oil Cooler failed and fed oil into coolant system. There was a loss of oil pressure and overflow line expended oily coolant mix from expansion tank. A temporary fix is to replace the cooler and flush ASAP. A complete fix would require all new radiator, expansion tank, coolant lines, and water pump.
