Had to replace drivers side seatbelt in 2016 at 22567 miles. No cost as under warranty. Had to replace same seatbelt 2019 at 83860. Was charged $277.78 for this. In complaining to fca they said seatbelt should have been under warranty and they may refund my charges. But why did a seatbelt fail twice in 5 years? seat belt will not engage in the receiver both times

I have notifications of these various recalls and have tried to get these corrected or at least checked out at the dealership where I purchased my truck. First I was told that appointments were now required. Then I was advised that 1st come/1st served was now required and full schedules are usual. Now I received another notification. I care for my Ram, but my time is also important.

I had my truck at the dealer for a recall, I noticed my seatbelt wasn't locking when I pulled on the shoulder strap. I asked them to look into this when my vehicle was there. They did, said the seatbelt was defective, but Chrysler was not going to cover this. After further review none of my seatbelt shoulder straps lock when you pull on them fast. I have a crew cab truck so that is 5 seatbelts with shoulder straps. My dealership was on the phone with Chrysler for over an hour trying to get them to cover this safety defect, they just kept saying no, truck is out of warranty. After reading all these complaints, will my airbags deploy if I'm in an accident? I don't know and hope I don't have to find out the hard way. This happens all the time driving or standing still. The dealership told me the seatbelts are defective. This should be addressed asap, no one should have to pay for a safety issue.

Hit head on tree no airbags deployed though local Dodge dealership said they had been replaced, seatbelts failed as well now I suffering from broken right kbee brused up left knee hit knee's elbows an my head was swong forward at an abrupt stop hit at 50mph. Went to hospital the recommended bone specialist they are going to do mri but only on right knee well my hands are numb an though I keep complaining no one is listening no one if recommendng a doctor. The local dealership here in pahrump nv are crooks they keep truck 5 hours we get it back with 48 new minles on it they dented hood twice. An at this point I would like vehicle inspected that the airbags were ever even replaced in 2016 at this point with failer to deploy at head on 50mph I highly doubt they replaced any recalked parts just recieved the seatbelt recall on 7/6/2017 an I'm sure that is late on their part to even notify us. Vehicle was in motion when we hit right side front an left side of vehicle. Everything has to be replaced except tail gate or the cab dois tirers rims an everything else must be replaced.
