1500 Sport 5.7L

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 sport 5.7. Every time I turn it on I have to wait over 5 to 10 min before driving. The service power steering light comes on and the steering wheel is very hard. The dealer said that the module was bad and the repair costs over $3,200 and that's only in the parts.
