Ordered truck 6/14/13 from dealer 95 days later no truck . Dealer said it is in storage for over a month. Dodge cust. Complaint dept. say randomly selected for 100 pt. inspection (1 month right) dealer finally gets an email there is a recall on 1427 trucks tire psi sensor. Was told it takes 45 days to build truck have been lied to over and over again. Told dealer and complaint dept if not compensated they will loose me as a customer and cancel my order. I will never deal with dodge again. Just think if they can not find a truck in over a month what kind of lies and service can I expect in the future with problems/ recalls? Dissatisfied ex-customer

Just an update Customer. Service Ctr emailed me after talking to them September 17 and 18 when at that time truck was randomly selected for 100 pt. inspection, dealership tells me there is a tire psi sensor recall and now C.S.C claims truck was shipped Sept.17th to Shreveport LA. Just another reason not to deal with Dodge Ram ( I live in Florida) there incompetence has cost them a sale and when I get the word out I am sure they will loose thousands more. Tired of the LIES!!!
