clunking front end noise over slow speeds
I purchased brand new 2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn on July 19 2015 and right when it hit 914 miles this clicking/clucking/metal on metal noise started to come up on slow speeds when hitting small or big boy holes or even uneven surfaces. I took it to the dealer Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 104 where it was purchased and was told by service advisor "Tom" there is nothing wrong with it its all in my head! I had a buddy of mine who is a mechanic on imports take a look and he said there is something wrong and advised me to take it back to the dealer since it was under warranty!!!! I decided to take it to a different Ram dealer, they inspected the pickup truck and they replaced a shock and ball joint and all was good...until now! January 13 2016 the noise is back, and its happening all over again. I am sorry to give you the long story but I need to vent all this out.
The noise mostly happens when I'm driving at lower speeds in neighborhoods and cross over uneven paved surfaces, pot holes and man holes. I never took the vehicle off roading, or any place other than the city or freeway. I need someones help, if anyone has had this problem please contact me. THANKS

Noise over bumps, from left side on rebound. Have to go over large bumps or potholes, to hear. Been to dealership, 3 times for same problem. Even opened a case with Chrysler, for this noise. I being a master mechanic, think it might be a strut. Their reply, " no problem found " Can't even use Lemon Law, I think that the only way to fix this problem, is to sell it, and let someone else worry about it.
