stopped vehicle to check mail box. switched from drive to park. opened door, walked five steps, retrieved mail. turned and at that moment the vehicle started moving in reverse. unable to stop vehicle until it ran into telephone pole and tree that caused in excess of $6,000 damage. No personal injuries or property damage. Lodged complaint with Chrysler may 5th. case #31568947.
