Riding in truck and phone rings and the Navigation Screen crashes it goes blank and then says UConnect Downloading ... I lost radio all electronic controls through UConnect .. No radio no satellite no nothing ... Pain in the ASS !!! But that's not all as I will log another complaint is the navigation also does not store / save any addresses .. so I cannot put in my home address or anything and save. There is no save button . It keeps saying it FAILED even though it starts the navigation ... Pain in the ASS !!! Than I went to check out a plow for Truck and they say .... and let me get this straight ... I have a $55000 dollar truck that I can't put a plow on it. Uh yes sir, You cannot put a plow on a air suspension truck. So right now it seems like I have a BIG TONKA TOY ! It has everything but cant do NOTHING!

When this happens you loss all information on your radio, phone, navigation system very annoying. My system came back after a hour of driving very annoying when you need the nav system for areas that you never been in before ad to stop and get out my map.

Radio boots up when truck is started then shuts down and continues to reboot for varying lengths of time until it boots and stays on. Also get various messages on dash about servicing shift selector and electronic brakes. First happened one time a couple of weeks after picking up new, figured it was one off type of thing, then again a couple of times to my son while he was driving it in October. Did it again in November a few times and now twice within 3 days in December. Today it took about 40 minutes for it to boot up and stay on. I finally get used to using the touch screen for controlling vehicle features and can't depend on it to work. Dealer says they couldn't figure it out, it needs to be happening when I take it in for service. Guess I am supposed to stop whatever I am doing then run like hell for the dealership when it happens?
