navigation ... cannot save any addresses.. no save button

PAIN IN THE ASS ... no save button ... sat and tried to figure for over an hour ... waited and tried again ... I read and read and could not figure out.. what a waste .... Dealer said in was a known problem and software would have to be reloaded / updated ... Back to the shop again ... I am tired of all the hassles roadblocks and customer service BS.
