We have been trying to get 2 recalls repaired to our vehicle for over a year now. I called this week and the dealership informed me they were a year out for scheduling and were only doing 1 recall repair per week. My truck is running poorly (no acceleration, engine is struggling. Runs ok while stationary but struggles to operate when moving be it city or highway.) and with only one dealership available I am at a loss. What are we supposed to do?

I have owned this vehicle for over two years and have asked several time to have recall 19V-757 fixed. I get the same answer that Chrysler will only alow them to get a certian number of parts to do these repairs. They can put me on a list to get them repaired. This is unacceptable. There is a recall it should be fixed immediately not when they get around to it. Two years is not getting it repaired in a timely manner!

After diesel emission modification transmission shifts very rough and jumps vehicle when cold. It sends wheels into spinout when entering roads which can be dangerous. Fuel economy also fell from average of 23-24mpg to below 21mpg. I have taken it to the shop 3 times already. The shop will "reset" the computer, but the issue comes back within a few days. Need a permanent fix.

The fuel gage intermittently drops to zero fuel whe the tank is approximately half full or less. Based on numerous searches this is a common problem. This should be a safety recall item.

My trucks gas pump icon started flashing after the warning dinger went off on my 2016 Ram 1500 crew cab sport. I then noticed my gas gauge showed empty. I checked my trip meter and saw that only 86 miles had been driven since I last filled up. I was driving home from anchorage and in the middle of the pass. It was late, dark and snowing with no cell service and no gas stations for miles, needless to say I was stressed out untill I had my truck scanned the next day, and the active code is P0463, fuel level sensor. I've done some research and it seems to be an inherent problem with many Dodge vehicles, not just trucks. I feel the company should recall their inferior parts and address this problem. My local Dodge dealer has one in stock for $197.90 before taxes and installation. Probably at least 3 hours labor. Thanks in advance for investigating my complaint.

As I was driving, after turning a corner, accelerating about 40 mph the engine violently shook, truck lost engine power. Dead. After towing back to dealer, the fault code indicated the sensor ring failed (recall W58). That was mid-September 2020. The truck was in same dealership for most time since last week of August 2020 with emissions problems. So far, all have been covered by warranty. Dealer has provided me with transportation, but I have not had my vehicle to drive, with no end in sight. Lockwood motors marshall mn has all repair invoices, since they have been warranty covered.

Fuel pump sensor failure on truck, very dangerous, I do not know how much fuel is in my tank, the fuel gage drops to empty. I am afraid I will get stuck in a snow storm and run out of gas. Ram is well aware of the issue as it is very common and they will not repair for free.

Why is there recall on the Dodge Ram 1500 fuel sensor? driving down the interstate and all of a sudden my gas gage drops with alarms and check engine light comes on. I could have had an accident in traffic and having to look down at the dashboard in such in haste. Too many issues from others with the same issue noted on forum. Either take care of the faulty problems or lose customers because word will get around. Happened in.Nov 2019 and June 2020.
